Are we on the boat the entire trip?

We will depart from the dock at The Perry Hotel in Key West on Thursday evening and return there each night to dock. While we’ll head into Key West for group dinners and evening activities, all sleeping accommodations and retreat time will be on the boat. Each morning we’ll leave the marina and set sail for a full day charter on the water before returning to the dock in the evening.

Are flights included?

If you are flying in, flights are not included in your trip cost! We can help you find affordable options and connect you with other group members on your same flight! Local airport would be EYW (10 min drive from dock)

How much is required to put down for booking?

To secure your spot on this retreat, you’ll put down a $500 deposit as your down payment. Your spot is not officially reserved until this deposit has been made.

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll notify you and add you to our private trip GroupMe so you can start connecting with the group.

The remaining balance for your trip will be due by October 1st.

How many spots are there?

There are 9 spots total for this trip, 11 people total, including Sara Caroline + Blaine.

What’s the cancelation policy?

You may cancel your trip for a full refund up until October 1st.

After October 1st, all payments become non-refundable due to pre-paid arrangements with our vendors and accommodations.

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, global health concerns, or government restrictions), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
