How much is required to put down for booking?

To secure your spot on this retreat, you’ll put down a $1000 deposit as your down payment. Your spot is not officially reserved until this deposit has been made.

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll notify you and add you to our private trip GroupMe so you can start connecting with the group.

The remaining balance for your trip will be due by March 4th 2026

How many spots are there?

There are 12 spots total for this trip, 14 people total, including Sara Caroline + Blaine.  

What’s the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your retreat reservation for a full refund up until February 26, 2026.

After February 26, 2026, all payments become non-refundable due to prepaid arrangements with accommodations, vendors, and experience providers.

Trip Cancellation by Organizer

In the rare event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, global health concerns, or government restrictions), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
