Are flights included?

If you are flying in, flights are not included in your trip cost! We can help you find affordable options and connect you with other group members on your same flight!

How much is required to put down for booking?

To secure your spot on this retreat, you’ll put down a $500 deposit as your down payment. Your spot is not officially reserved until this deposit has been made.

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll notify you and add you to our private trip GroupMe so you can start connecting with the group.

The remaining balance for your trip will be due by October 1st.

How many spots are there?

There are 10 spots total for this trip, 12 people total, including Sara Caroline + Blaine.  

What’s the cancelation policy?

You may cancel your trip for a full refund up until October 1st.

After October 1st, all payments become non-refundable due to pre-paid arrangements with our vendors and accommodations.

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, global health concerns, or government restrictions), participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.
